Los Mug Cakes son bizcochos que se hacen al microondas dentro de una taza en tan solo dos minutos. Como se hacen sin horno, se preparan super rápido y se usan ingredientes que siempre tenemos en casa, pueden hacerlo los niños para invitar a sus amigos a una merienda.
INGREDIENTES
2 cucharadas de azúcar
2 cucharadas de harina
1 huevo
1 cucharada de aceite
1 cucharada de leche
Para los diferentes Mug Cakes:
1 cucharada de chocolate en polvo
Esencia de vainilla o aroma de vainilla
Pepitas de chocolate
Colorante rojo
Azúcar glas para decorar
Crunch de frambuesa
PREPARACION
Para todos los Mug Cakes:
-En un “mug”, o taza que pueda ir al
microondas, ponemos dos cucharadas de azúcar, dos cucharadas de harina, un
huevo, una cucharada de aceite y una
cucharada de leche y lo removemos con una cuchara hasta que quede homogéneo.
Para el Mug Cake de chocolate añadiremos
además una cucharada de chocolate en polvo y unas pepitas de chocolate.
Para el Mug Cake de Vainilla añadiremos una
cucharadita de esencia de vainilla o un par de gotas de aroma de vainilla, y
espolvorearemos con crunck de frambuesa.
Para el Mug Cake Red Velvet, añadiremos
unas gotas de colorante rojo y unas pepitas de chocolate.
-Pondremos la taza en el microondas durante
2-1/2 minutos a la máxima potencia. Cuando lo retiremos podemos espolvorear con
azúcar glass y dejamos enfriar tres o cuatro minutos.
