Masa para pizza casera y fácil de preparar que te servirá de base para hacer tus pizzas favoritas.
INGREDIENTES
3 cucharadas de aceite
1 cucharada de azúcar
15 gr. de sal
25 gr. de levadura fresca
500 gr. de harina de fuerza
300 ml. de agua
PREPARACION
-Disolvemos la levadura y el azúcar en un poco de agua hasta
que no queden grumos.
-En otro recipiente ponemos un chorrito de agua y disolvemos
la sal.
-En un bol grande ponemos la harina, la levadura disuelta en
agua, el agua con sal y el aceite.
Vertemos el agua poco a poco mientras vamos mezclando los ingredientes.
-Cuando la masa se despegue del bol, espolvorearemos harina
sobre una mesa. Verteremos la masa y seguiremos amasando con las manos. Si
vemos que se nos pega en las manos añadiremos un poquito de harina y seguiremos
amasando. La trabajaremos entre 10 y 15 minutos hasta que quede una bola de
consistencia elástica.
-Entonces haremos una bola, la pondremos en el bol que hemos
usado y la taparemos con un trapo limpio durante un par de horas. Pasado ese
tiempo la masa habrá aumentado el doble su volumen.
-Sacaremos la masa, despegándola de las paredes del bol.
Espolvorearemos nuevamente la zona de trabajo y colocaremos la masa sobre la
mesa para amasarla un par de minutos y quitarle todo el aire que le sobra.
-Ahora ya tenemos la masa a punto para hacer nuestra base de
pizza.
-Con las cantidades que hemos usado, tenemos bastante masa
como para dos pizzas. Podemos partir la masa en dos y congelar la mitad que nos
sobra para otra ocasión.
-Haremos una bola con la masa, y la estiraremos con la ayuda
de un rodillo para darle forma circular.
-Una vez tengamos la masa del tamaño y el grosor que
queremos ya podemos comenzar a poner los ingredientes que más nos gusten para
hacer nuestra pizza favorita.
